Eligibility for Return:
We accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when it was received.
Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and free from any installation marks, modifications, or alterations.
All original item(s) and accessories must be intact and included with the returned item.
Return Process:
Prior to returning an item, please contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery to initiate the return process.
Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number.
Please clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package when returning the item to ensure efficient processing.
You must use a trackable shipping service to return the item and retaining the tracking details for your records.
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, except in cases of defective, damaged or incorrect items.
Inspection and Refund:
Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return policy criteria.
If the item is approved for a refund, we will initiate the refund process within 1-3 business days.
The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
Please note that the refund amount may be subject to deductions If the returned item does not meet the return policy criteria, we reserve the right to refuse the return and send the item back to the customer at their expense.
Damaged or Defective Items:
In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team immediately.
Provide detailed information and, if possible, attach supporting photographs to expedite the resolution process.
We will work with you to arrange a return or replacement of the damaged or defective item at no additional cost to you.
